We offer five day guided Spring Black Bear hunts on the Custer Gallatin National Forest lands.
This is a horseback and hiking hunt, with some opportunities to spot and stalk for those looking to break up the horseback riding. There is a high concentration of bears roaming around our hunt area. Our Spring Bear season starts April 15th and runs through June 15th. This is a fair chase hunt where you can expect a range of colors and size in our resident bears.
